Sonia Boiarov holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences of Labor and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). With over 40 years of experience in Compensation Management, she excels as a consultant for national and international companies. She is also a lecturer in the same field and author of several books, including “Variable Remuneration: An opportunity to improve income distribution?” and “How do I start Teleworking?”, as well as the essay “What HR leaders should know about Teleworking”.
In 2000, she founded the Center for Telework and Teletraining at UBA, which has now evolved into the Walking Utopias Foundation, of which she is President. Boiarov is a guest lecturer at numerous National and International Universities, and currently serves as an expert advisor in Human Resources at the National Directorate for Monitoring Investment in Human Capital in the National Public Sector, at the Ministry of Economy of Argentina.
